Ian Bodzasi


Ian Bodzasi is a freelance mixer, producer and engineer, and formerly the Chief Engineer of Metalworks Studios.

Some of Ian’s credits include Katy Perry, Nelly Furtado, Sum 41, Sam Roberts, Ronnie Hawkins, D12, Randy Bachman & Burton Cummings, Hedley, Josh Gad (Frozen, The Daily Show), Treble Charger, The Tea Party, Cowboy Junkies, Kim Mitchell, Platinum Blonde, Hey Rosetta, Jacksoul, and the documentary concert film Festival Express, which included live performances by Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead and The Band. According to RottenTomatoes.com, the leading independent source of US film reviews, Festival Express was the second most critically acclaimed film released in 2004.

Ian’s work has been included on other feature film soundtracks including Shark Tale, Spiderman, and Wes Craven’s The Hills Have Eyes. He also recorded the soundtrack for The Warriors (Rockstar Games’ video game adaptation of the 1979 cult film) which has sold over 1 million copies, and mixed ʺFree To Beʺ, the anthem of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
