Dan Brodbeck

I have worked in the music industry as a producer, engineer, musician, and recording studio owner for 30 years. In that time I have had the pleasure of working with some of the industries best musicians, artists, engineers, mixers and A&R executives. In 1994 I produced my first Juno nominated re- cording. (The Gandharvas, MCA, for best new artist) The following year engineered one of the nominees for Best Roots/Folk Recording. (Garnet Rogers, At A High WIndow)

I have produced records for The Salads, Landon Pigg (RCA), Headstrong (RCA), Clockwise (RCA) among others working with A&R personnel David Bendeth, Stephen Ferrera and Clive Davis. For 13 years I worked as producer, engineer, guitar player and co-writer for Dolores O’Riordan (The Cranberries) . “Are You Listening” won the European Border Breakers award in 2007 in Cannes for sales outside of the country in which is is released. That album was recored and written in London, Toronto, and Dublin, Ireland.
During the Summer of 2008 I began work on a follow up to Dolores’ solo record titled “No Baggage” which was released world wide in August of 2009. On March 17th 2010 I won the Juno Award for “Recording Engineer of the Year” for “No Baggage”
